By using The Artist Colonnade you agree to these terms.
What we are
The Artist Colonnade is a place where artists show their work and buyers contact them directly. We are not a party to any sale. Price, payment, delivery and returns are agreed between the buyer and the artist, and we take no commission.
Artists
- You must own the work you submit, or have the right to show and sell it, and you must describe its origin honestly (for example, whether the design is your own or from a kit or pattern).
- You keep all rights to your work. You give us permission to display it, and the photos you provide, on this site and in promoting it.
- We review submissions and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
Paid plans
Plan prices, reach and piece limits are shown on the sign-up page. Your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Our promise: Not happy? Yearly plans get a full refund within 30 days of your first charge, and a refund for unused months after that. Monthly plans can cancel anytime, and if a charge catches you by surprise, tell us within 7 days for a full refund.
Buyers
Please satisfy yourself about a piece before you buy. We do not inspect, hold or guarantee any artwork.
Acceptable use
Do not post material you have no right to post, send spam or misleading inquiries, or try to disrupt the site. Copyright complaints go to our DMCA agent.
Limits
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between buyers and artists, or from the site being unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
